Craig Anderson spent over twenty-five years in television creating, shaping, and producing shows in the electronic medium for networks including HGTV, Food Network, CBS, and Comedy Central. Then, during a trip to Paris in 2010, he was inspired to shift his passion for creating to the medium of steel. Upon his return, he studied metal sculpture at the Silvermine Arts Center in New Canaan, Connecticut. In 2012 he established his studio, 42 Metalworks, where he works full time and strives to create contemporary pieces that exude movement, life, and uncomplicated beauty. Craig is a member of the New England Sculptors Association. His work has been shown at One Way Gallery in Narragansett, RI, IMAGO Gallery in Warren, RI, Eustis Estate Museum in MIlton, MA, Studio 80 + Sculpture Grounds in Old Lyme, CT, Books On The Pond Charlestown, RI, and the Newburyport Art Association in Newburyport, MA.
